All student vehicles parked on campus must have a current parking permit. Parking Permit applications are available in the Deans Office, room 168. Parking permits are $75 for the year. Please return completed Parking Permit Application with a check for $75 by September 22.
Summit Academy & (Summit Academy former name is SEC South East Campus)
and P.O.C.U People of Color United Club here at ARHS are combining for a larger effort - Hope for Houston and have started collecting needed items to help those people affected by the storm damage caused by Hurricane Harvey. A local volunteer, Crystal Copeland, will personally drive the very needed supplies to Houston. Please see the collection box in the front lobby across from the Main Office.
The Collection will be taking place through Thursday, September 14th.
Please see flyers posted in the building with the list of suggested donation items.
No donation is too small, thank you in advance for your support!
As Schools Match Wits will meet at 3:00, not 2:30, on the date advertised in Room 326.!!!
Do you find the lunch room too noisy? Are you not scheduled with any of your friends for lunch? Would you be interested in meeting new people? Why not try out new lunch space available during E lunches in room 160, right around the corner from the cafe in the English hallway. All are welcome! Check it out.

This is just a reminder : Our late buses run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 3;45.
If you are staying after school a bell will ring at 3:45 as a reminder to go out front here at the H.S. to take your late bus.
Seniors! So far, representatives from 84 different colleges are coming to ARHS this fall! To see who they are and when they are coming, look in Naviance under the colleges tab and click on view all upcoming college visits. You can also find the list on the Guidance Office bulletin board as well as the HS website under academics, guidance office, click on college and career planning, under Upcoming Events, upcoming college visits. Get a pass from the Guidance Office to get come to the visits.
