- AP Test Takers: Your exam location will be listed outside of the guidance office. Please report to your exam location 1/2 hour before the start time. Don't be late (especially the Chinese AP test takers...sound checks). Get a great night's rest the night before. Eat well and bring a snack for the break! Good luck!!
- Attention boys Basketball - This is a reminder that the end of year gathering will be this Sunday May 5th from 4-6 pm at the home of Sam Leonard.
- Varsity and JVA athletes are asked to bring a main dish. JVB athletes are asked to bring a desert. Also if you have not turned in your uniforms, this is a great opportunity to do so. Any questions - please email your coach or ask Mrs. Haygood
- Come this year's Student Produced play Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike directed by Sophia Schweik. Completely put on by students and one of the last productions of the year; this show is not one to miss! Shows are this Friday, May 3rd at 7:30pm and Saturday, May 4th at 2:30pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are $5.00 for students and $7.00 for adults. Tickets will be sold at the door and at lunch. Students who receive free or reduced lunch or for whom cost affects their ability to go, talk to Mr.Bechtold!

- Seniors...there will be voting for faculty marshals, student marshals and graduation speaker in lunch on Monday (5/6) and Tuesday (5/7). BE SURE TO VOTE!!!
- Climate change is a global emergency. We must act now or else we and all future generations will suffer. Come to a Green New Deal Sunrise Movement Town Hall to hear from community leaders, young activists, and policymakers about the climate crisis and what we can do, including the Green New Deal and youth groups such as the Sunrise Movement. The event will be held in the ARHS library on Saturday, May 4th, 2019 from 2 - 3:30 pm and will be hosted by ARHS and Amherst College students. Email johnsonnl@arps.org if you have any questions.
- All of Mr. Sears first semester painting students must pick up their work by 2:20pm Today or it will be discarded.
- The Amherst 4th of July Celebration is looking for volunteers for this year’s festival. If you are interested in contributing to a community event, filled with fun and festivities, while getting a front row seat to the fireworks, come assist the Amherst 4th of July Celebration. This is a great opportunity to give back to your community, and get a behind the scenes look at event-planning, in addition to free food and admission for all volunteers.
