"Come to the Green Festival! There will be a small-scale event on Friday, April 27 in the cafeteria from 2:20 to 3, right after school, where we will just be selling clothes and snacks. The full festival will be an event where you can take family on Saturday, April 28 from 1:00 to 3:30 on the infield of the track. During the full festival, there will be clothes, books, games, face painting, and much more! All profits will go to rebuilding Puerto Rico after last year's hurricanes. Brought to you by the Environmental Action Club."

The sands of change in Middle Eastern foreign policy are shifting so rapidly today it can be difficult to keep up with the Trump Administration’s approach in this critical region and hold our government accountable. This Wednesday, April 4th, join Critical Connections in a conversation with two leading experts, Professors David Mednicoff and Osamah Khalil as they discuss trends in Middle Eastern foreign policy right now.  This will be held at the Bangs Center from 7-9pm and is free and open to the public.

Latina or Latino writers in 11th or 12th grade - The Daniel Sonntag Creative Writing Contest was established in honor of a young man who went to ARHS but was unable to graduate due to a tragic car accident.  Submit any poem, play, essay or other creative writing to the Guidance office by May 1st. The award is $300.

The ARHS Robert Frost Chapter of this organization recognizes students who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.3 or higher and demonstrate excellence in the areas of leadership, character, and service.  


The email you received  contains a classroom code to join the ARHS  NHS Google Classroom.  If you would like to apply for membership to the NHS for this school year, all the information can be found in this classroom. 

Once accepted, after the application process, you can attend  the NHS meetings which are held are the first Thursday of each month in Room 117 @ 3 p.m. sharp.
