If you'd love to go but find the cost of tickets prohibitive, we'd love to offer means to go on our Access Night - January 17. See Mr. Bechtold for free tickets for you and your family. Signing up is easy, but there's a limited number available - so stop by soon.
- Seal of Biliteracy: Are you bilingual? Are you studying a foreign language? Are you a heritage speaker? If so, come to our first informational meeting on Tuesday, January 7 in room 135 (Mr Pedro Mendez's room) during all lunches. This will be an opportunity for students to get some info about the program and apply. The Seal of Biliteracy is an award that recognizes high school graduates who speak, listen, read and write proficiently in another language in addition to English with a seal on the diploma. There will be free pizza! Contact Ms Cissé if you have any questions.
- Coming January 6th- An opportunity to hear about Columbia from an ARHS alumnus! At 2:30pm, come to Guidance to hear the student perspective about Columbia from 2016 ARHS graduate Sabina Solorzano. This event is aimed most at Sophomores and Juniors who might be considering Columbia in the future or who just want to hear from an alum about the process and what college is like compared to high school. Sign up in Guidance or email Miss Garrity!
