  • Schools for Africa will meet TODAY after school in room 147 (Ms Cissé's room). New members are always welcome.

  • IMPORTANT MCAS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 10TH GRADE STUDENTS:  Please be sure to bring your charged Chrome Book to Advisory on Thursday.  You will need it for an MCAS tutorial that day.

  • The girls swimming killed it at the Central/West Sectional Meet on Sunday and ended up securing the 6th place spot in the team scoring in all of central and western mass despite being one of the smallest teams there. They had many top 8 places in individual events. Fabulous meet!!  Go Canes!!!

  • The last day to sign up for the Theater Company field trip to see Sleep No More - the immersive theater adaptation of Macbeth - is this Thursday.  See Mr. Bechtold with any questions. 

  • JETS Club: The Big Day is Saturday, March 16, but we have not yet collected much of the money needed to register all our teams! Please get your registration fees into Ms. Blauner, Room 223.   • Since the official abolition of slavery in 1865, not one resolution formally apologizing for centuries of systematic and entrenched oppression has passed both chambers of Congress, including efforts to do so in 2009.   • Best Buddies, a national organization dedicated to promoting friendship between individuals of all abilities, will be meeting on Tuesdays from 2:30-3:30pm in the cafeteria and occasionally move to the community.  The first meeting, for example, was a trip to Glazed Donuts.  If you like friendship, fun, and the occasional maple cream donut, this could be the club for you!  Please contact Mr. Kusek at kusekc@arps.org for more information.
  • Last Call!  The Theater Company's Odyssey project invites any ARHS student to join a group of 30 of their peers, each making a specialized piece of theater designed solely for one other person.  Sign-ups for the design workshop - which will give you all the tools and inspiration you'll need - are on the auditorium doors until the end of the day TODAY!  Open to all; no theater experience needed.

ALL proceeds go to the fund.

  • This Thursday at 3:00 in room 147 (Madame Cisse’s room) The French Club will be hosting a party to gather and pack all of the generous books and school supplies that were donated to École Ribambelle in Dakar, Senegal! Open to all students who are interested, we will have pizza, French desserts, and much more, so be sure to stop on by and help us prepare the boxes for their long journey to Senegal. We would once again like to thank everyone who donated, we received A LOT more books than we were expecting!! Merci!
