10th Grade MCAS Science/Technology & Engineering testing begins tomorrow. All students not participating in MCAS will have late arrival and should report to school at 9:45 both Wednesday and Thursday. Students should report to their assigned room by 7:45 on each day of testing. Calculators are required for the Chemistry and the Technology & Engineering tests, and may also be used, but are not required, for the Biology test. You may bring your own calculator to use (as long as it is not part of another electronic device). If you don’t have a calculator, we will have a supply on hand. You will not have access to your locker during testing time, but may bring school work (no science, please) to work on or bring a book to read when you have finished testing. Also, staff and students will have no access to the 3rd floor on Wednesday and Thursday after 7:30 a.m. due to MCAS testing. Please make sure you have everything you need from your locker by the end of the day today or 7:30 a.m. tomorrow. Remember: be sure to get a good night’s rest the night before and eat a healthy breakfast the morning of testing!

SeneGambian Scholars club is recruiting members for next year. This club will host visitors from west Africa next February. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in a trip to Senegal and The Gambia in 2020. All interested students are invited to attend a meeting after school on Thursday 6/7 in room 225. Speak to Mr. Kropf or any of the current members if you want more information.

Did you sing in the ARMS chorus with Mr. Ranen? Believe it or not, after 38 years, Mr. Ranen is retiring. And he wants YOU to show up at his final chorus concert this Wednesday at 7 PM at ARMS. There will be a celebration after the concert with food and drink, too!
