- Congressman Jim McGovern's Service Academy Night will take place on Tuesday, May 28th from 5:30-7:30 at Northbridge high School in Whitinsville, MA. Meet directly with Service Academy representatives, learn more about the application process, find out about Academy life and pick up your nomination packet. - The Amherst 4th of July Celebration is looking for volunteers for this year’s festival. If you are interested in contributing to a community event, filled with fun and festivities, while getting a front row seat to the fireworks, come assist the Amherst 4th of July Celebration. This is a great opportunity to give back to your community, and get a behind the scenes look at event-planning, in addition to free food, drink & admission for all volunteers. - Hi Sophomores! The Class of 2021 has arranged for hours at the Amherst Survival Center for 2 more days and is looking for 3-6 volunteers for each day. Dates are Mondays from 2:30 to 3:30 on June 3rd and June 10th. Times may be flexible.
