    Day 7
    D Period Lunch
    Drop F

  • Pineapple Upside Down Cake Day is tomorrow. Please support the POCU Bake Sale afterschool.
  • SENIORS: The deadline for the Francis E. Hart Scholarship was not in the scholarship book, but it is MONDAY, APRIL 15TH.
  • Warning students: starting next week cars without parking permits may be towed.  In addition, the first two rows are faculty parking--do not park there.
  • Throughout U.S. history, ongoing resistance to offer a state apology and reparations for slavery and Jim Crow has served to deepen divides and continues to adversely impact our nation’s social fabric. Why has the U.S. refused to formally apologize and pay compensation for its treatment of African-Americans? What are the moral, ethical, and practical considerations associated with a state apology and reparations, and what impact would these reparative processes have on addressing historical grievances? Come listen to Dr. Theodore R. Johnson, a public policy expert on race and social justice, and Dr. Ali Aslam, Assistant Professor of Politics at Mount Holyoke, explore these questions and more on Wednesday, April 3rd, 7-9pm at Edwards Church in Northampton. This event will be moderated by Mr. Kent Alexander, a writer and anti-racism consultant. See Ms. Camera or Leif Maynard if you have questions

  • Students who have registered for an AP exam in May:  There will be a mandatory pre-administration session on April 9th immediately after school in the cafeteria, where you will verify your registration, by finding your name on the roster for the exam; bubble in the answer form with your personal information and answer the survey questions; and c) get more information about when to show up and what to bring and what not to bring. Please note: April 9th is exactly ONE week from today.  With your cooperation, we'll be done in time for you to get to sports at 3PM
  • Step Up Day is Friday April 26th. We need 40 student Tour Guides to show 8th graders around our school that morning, and another 6 or 7 student Presenters to address the 8th graders at the middle school before they come here for Step Up Day. If you are interested in volunteering for this, please sign up in the Guidance Office. If you have any questions, please ask Mr. Sadiq or your Guidance Counselor. Thank you.
