  • Seniors:  If you are planning to go to Greenfield community college and have not yet taken the required Accuplacer test, you can take it here, in room 144, on Thursday of this week – April 11.  Please sign up in guidance.  Pick up a prep packet in advance.  It’s wise to prepare.
  • Seniors:  When you make your college choice, please go into your Naviandce account and “set” the college you will be attending.  Your college will require your final transcript.  We cannot send it if you don’t tell us where to send it!  Even if you have told us in person, you must put your choice in Naviance.
  • Today is the last AUDITION day for a play this school year!  The Student Written Play Festival needs a host of roles filled for 10-minute or 1-minute plays.  Athletes - we can work around your schedules!  Come to the Performing Arts wing this afternoon, starting at 2:45 for a few minutes and see what happens...no preparation or experience needed.
  • Did you know that April is National Poetry Month? The library is collecting your favorite poems--ones you've written or ones you've read--to add to our poet-tree in the lobby of the library! Stop by any time this month to submit a poem written or copied onto a leaf and watch as our tree fills up with poetry!
  • You've asked the research questions, you've done the reading, you've taken great notes, but now its time to write a strong thesis and you aren't sure what to do? Come to a short writing workshop thesis statements TODAY, Tuesday April 9th at 2:30 to learn strategies for crafting a great thesis statement for any piece of writing. Bring a thesis statement you want to polish or just come to get general tips and tricks that will make your next paper your best yet. See Ms. Lewis in the Writing Lab or Ms. Stocker in the Library for details!
  • A reminder to students taking AP exams.
