  • Hi, my name is McKenzie Fitz, I’m an Asian American senior at ARHS and I am collaborating with fellow high school students Monica Cage, Petua Mukimba, Phoenix Ferreira Ford, Addison Lepak, Fatma Abdel-Maksoud, Courtnegail Rose,Tulsi Patel and Talvin Dhingra. We are creating a 10 -15 minute video capturing and amplifying the voices of the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. We welcome any student who identifies as Asian to join us in this project and who would be willing to speak about their own personal experiences of racism within this community. Anyone who would like to be involved by being interviewed or being a possible video editor, please reach out to us before April break. Please reach out to McKenzie Fitz at fitzmg@arps.org, Monica Cage at cagemh@arps.org, or Addison Lepak at lepakm@arps.org.
  • Its Wellness Wednesday!
Today’s Wellness Wednesday tip is pretty simple:

    DRINK. MORE. WATER.
Our body lives off H2O and staying hydrated is a great way to stay healthy!
The rough estimate on how much water a person should drink in a given day is ½ an ounce to a 1 ounce per pound one weighs. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink approximately 75 to 150 ounces of water a day. Staying hydrated not only improves and re-hydrates your body but also flushes out toxins, improves metabolism, increases brain power, and boosts your immune system. So WATER you waiting for? Grab a glass of H20 and hydrate!

  • You may enjoy listening to or reading the news, but have you read what ARHS reporters have to say? Check out our amazing school newspaper, The Graphic--produced by students in Journalistic Writing class--to learn about stopping Asian Hate, our permanent principal Mr. Sadiq; student voices on mental health, vaccines, virtual school, MCAS, sports recruiting, and working during a pandemic, and tons of other features and club news. It's a great way to spend your lunch break. Also, please share with family, so they can learn about what's happening at our school! You can find The Graphic at thegraphic.arps.org and it's also permanently housed under the "ABOUT" tab on the ARHS website.
  • If you are a senior student and you are interested in obtaining the Seal of Biliteracy, please fill out the following Google Form as soon as possible. If you have questions please communicate with me at hernandezduranv@arps.org.
