  • Pineapple Upside Down Cake Day is on Wednesday. Please support the POCU Bake Sale.
  • Voter Registration cards will be handed out during lunch this week. Anyone who is a U.S. citizen and will be 18 before March 3rd must register by February 12th to participate in the upcoming presidential primary. Any U.S. citizen who is at least 16 years old is also eligible to pre-register. Stop by the voter registration table in the cafeteria this week or contact Mr. Sadiq (sadiqt@arps.org) or Ms. Stocker (stockere@arps.org) with any questions.
  • Come to the first Supporting the Armed Forces & Families (S.T.A.F.F.) meeting this Thursday, February 6th in the library at 3pm. This new student group will work to support veterans, active duty personnel, and their families in our community. Contact Connor Plankey plankeyc@arps.org for more details. 
  • JET's TEAM+S Participants: Please get your registration fees to Ms. Blauner (room 223) ASAP or we will not be able to register your team. If you are requesting a fee waiver let her know, otherwise it is $30 (checks made out to ARHS with your name in the memo line). 
  • Reminder to Sene-Gambian Scholars: We will meet for an in-school field trip during F and G periods TODAY in Room 135. Please bring your folders and Chromebooks.
  • The Student Advisory Council will meet on TODAY at 2:45 in room 239.  Please check in with Mr. Thompson if you can't attend.
  • Do you wish you could understand more Spanish? Spanish language learners and newcomers alike are invited to come to the first Spanish Language Practice Group.  Please join us this TODAY at 2:30 in Room 152 for pizza and to learn more about this opportunity. ¡Gracias!
  • Seal of Biliteracy: We will have our first After School meeting on Tomorrow, February, 4th in room 318 (Ms Lopez's classroom).  We will work in our language groups and start preparing for the STAMP test and portfolios.
