  • Women's Rights Club will be having a bake sale after school TODAY. Come support by buying some delicious baked goods!
  • TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE BEFORE THE MARCH PRIMARIES! If you are a U.S. Citizen and will be 18 before Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020 take a few minutes to make sure you are registered to vote by visiting https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleidx.htm. Questions? See Ms. Stocker in the library.
  • Today: Students who are 18 years old and up, please check out the Census table during lunch today if you are interested in a Census job.
  • Get hyped! Family feud is Thursday February 27th at 6:30 pm in the auditorium! Grab your friends and make a team of five and enter the competition for only $10! Get a seat in the audience for $3! Winners each get a giftcard of their choice! Get a ticket or sign up during all lunches! Please contact Tulsi Patel or Griffin Jones for more information! 
  • This semester we will begin a new shadowing program for potential future students. This would include potential students from ARMS, as well as students from outside the Amherst school district. The purpose for this is we would like to have potential students have a firsthand experience on what a day in ARHS would be like. 9th grade students that are interested in having potential students shadow them during Semester 2 please email Ms. Rodriguez (rodriguezl@arps.org).
  • It's time to gear up for the 35th Annual ARHS Student-Written Play Festival!  Come to a short informative meeting this Tomorrow at 2:45 in the auditorium to learn the ins and outs of submitting 1-minute and 10-minute plays for this year's May event.  No experience needed!  See Mr. Bechtold for details.
  • Are you a Junior or Senior who may be interested in attending Springfield Technical Community College or Holyoke Community College and want to learn more? If so, we are taking a field trip to tour both campuses and learn about admissions, services, programs, etc. The trip will take place on Friday, 3/13/20. Pizza and water will be served for lunch or you can bring a cold lunch. Permission slips can be picked up in the guidance office and need to be returned to Ms. Garrity in Guidance right before break on  FRIDAY, February 14, THE LATEST.
