Why? Benefits of gratitude:

cultivating positive emotions and thoughts. Becoming more self
aware and aware of our surroundings.
- Physical: A stronger immune system, and
improved sleep schedules and energy.
- Social: More empathy and stronger communication.
How?

a gratitude journal/ list

yourself or others
- Sending
small tokens/notes of appreciation
