New Quarter 2 Bell Schedule & Lunch Schedule -
- It's Wellness Wednesday!
This week our Wellness Wednesday Tip is: It's ok to not be ok
As we begin this new academic quarter, it is important that we continue to support ourselves and one another. We want you to know that in a world where everyone tries to present their best selves all the time, it can be too easy to forget that it is okay to not be okay. It is normal to experience agitation, stress, grief, and anger. Take your time to understand how you feel. Some days will be harder than others, and seeking support is a brave thing to do. The pressure to always be okay can be extremely taxing and can put a real strain on one's actual wellness. Remember you are not alone and you are not bothering others: Everyone in life has problems. It doesn’t mean you are adding to another person’s own problems if you share how you are feeling. If you are going through something hard, we encourage you to share it with an adult at school.
- The Army National Guard will be visiting on Monday, November 8th, at 1:00pm. Like college visits, this event is open to juniors and seniors. Get a pass from Miss Garrity to attend.
- Model UN will be meeting this TODAY at 3:45 in Ms. Bourbeau’s room (325) for a debate. Even if you’ve never come before, we’d love to see you come this Wednesday! If you have any questions, email Kyle Crosby (crosbyak@arps.org), Quinn Schein (scheinqf@arps.org), or Mira Setty-Charity (settycharityma@arps.org).

- Are you interested in joining the girls basketball team this winter? Come meet the coach in the high school gymnasium on November 5th at 6pm. We hope to see you there!
